The 2nd Climate Observations Conference will be built around the following four topics/sessions:
1. How do global climate observations support climate policies?
2. How well do current Climate Observations support the understanding of climate change and variability?
3. Networks and systems – what improvements are needed to better meet user needs?
4. Data processing, archiving and Stewardship.
Each of the four sessions will have keynote presentations as well as talks selected from the collection of submitted abstracts. These presentations will serve to stimulate and guide the discussion.
The Conference will end with a final session to present the main outputs of the discussions.
